Concordia Lutheran High School has been providing an excellent Christian education to high school students in Tomball and surrounding areas for over 30 years. The ministry at Concordia is impactful in shaping the lives of young men and women who are being equipped to serve God in college and the workplace during their time at CLHS.

CLHS Student Honored with First Chair at TMEA Choir

Singing college-level classical audition pieces, he has earned all-district for the past three years, besting 5A students in Conroe ISD, Klein ISD, Spring ISD, etc. In two of the past three years, he made All-Region and one year progressed to the Pre-Area competition.

This year was the first All-State audition that TMEA has offered a small school division (1A-4A) competition. Gabe represented CLHS in the Bass II section competition and won first chair. That entitles him to attend Region weekend on November 21-22 and sing in the Region Choir on that Saturday evening. He will then progress straight to the Area competition in January in Waco, where he will contend for placement on the elite All-State Choir. To my knowledge, this is a first for CLHS.
