2026 CLHS Prom

Concordia Lutheran High School is excited to host their annual "A Night at the Bayou" Prom on Friday, April 17th from 8-11 pm at Ivey Manor in Pinehurst. Students must check-in by 9 pm and are required to stay until 9:30 pm.

Click the button below to purchase your prom tickets. After completing the registration and waiver form, you will be directed to the payment page. Early Bird Prom Tickets are $75 per person and on sale thru Wednesday, April 8. Regular priced tickets for Prom are $85 per person and will be available from Thursday, April 9 thru Thursday, April 16th at 3 pm. If you are purchasing tickets for another person, the form must be completed for them as well and a separate ticket must be purchased. All ticket sales close on Thursday, April 16th at 3 pm.

 
A professional photographer will be onsite providing Prom portrait photography for our event. Students can order their prom photos online and these must be ordered BEFORE 4 pm on April 16th. Prom Rules and Guidelines
 
Prom rules and guidelines apply to all Prom attendees (non-CLHS students included).
 
Arrival Time: 8-9 pm. If you arrive later than 9 pm, you will not be allowed to enter (a phone call from your parents/guardians/the restaurant will not suffice).
No Shows: Concordia faculty will call parents/guardians of students who do not appear at Prom.
Departure Time: No earlier than 9:30 pm unless picked up by a parent/guardian.
Clothing: Formal attire; all attire must be neat, clean, and modest. Necklines, length, and slits of dresses should be conservative. Attire cannot bare stomachs. Remember that you are representing yourself as well as Christ. Students deemed to be inappropriately dressed may be given appropriate clothing to wear or may be dismissed/removed from Prom.

- Off-Campus permission form for ALL attendees
- Non-CLHS Dance form (if you are bringing a non-CLHS student as a date)
- Purchase of tickets

Bringing a Non-CLHS Student as a Date

Concordia Lutheran High School allows it students to bring non-CLHS students as dates to dances (one date/CLHS student). CLHS Students must also complete and turn in the Non-CLHS Student Dance Form available for download and return to the school office by Friday, April 10th. Download, print, and complete the 25-26 Non-CLHS Student Prom Dance Form listed below:
