4th Annual Crusader Cook Off

SATURDAY, APRIL 13, 2019

11:00 am - 9:00 pm

Entry Fee:  $175 (includes booth space)

Check In/Out
Teams may arrive and check in beginning at 1 p.m. on Friday, April 12 (school releases at noon, so no early check-in is available).   If teams remain Saturday night, they must be moved out by 10:00 am Sunday.  No vehicles will be allowed in the cook off area after 5 p.m. on Friday, but will be allowed back in Saturday morning until 10 a.m.  No golf carts or ATVs allowed, other than those used by cook off officials.

Parking
Each team will receive one parking pass in the reserved area; other vehicles will be parked in the general parking area.

Awards/Prizes Information

Teams may compete in all four divisions of the Cook Off.  Payout:  75%

Cook Off Schedule

Friday
7:00 pm - Cooks meeting with trays to follow

Saturday
10:30 am - Open/Chef's Choice
12:00 pm - Chicken two (2) separate 1/2 fully jointed chicken halves (to include breast, wing, thigh & drumstick)
1:30 pm - Pork Spare Ribs (9 individual pork spare ribs)
3:00 pm - Brisket (9 full slices)

Standard turn-in times apply up to 100 teams

Awards to be announced

Note:  If teams remain Saturday night, they must be moved out by 10:00 am Sunday morning.
