Leave a Legacy
Gifts-In-Kind & Matching Gifts
Lift up the ministry of Concordia Lutheran High School in your prayers on a daily basis. God has blessed Concordia in more ways than we know, and to Him be the glory! Without the Holy Spirit working through our faculty, staff and students, our ministry could not thrive. Not only do we seek financial support, but we rely on prayer support of fellow believers to glorify God in all that we do at CLHS.
Make a Gift Online
A new online giving form is being developed and is currently under construction, but if you are interested in making a donation to support the ministry at Concordia Lutheran High School online via credit card, please CLICK HERE. Thank you for your support in our ministry! If you have any questions or would like to set up a recurring monthly gift, please contact Director of Advancement, Jonathan Schleicher, via email or at 281-351-2547, ext. 213.
The purpose and primary use of Concordia's Annual Fund is for special projects that support the daily operations not originally included in the budget. These special projects help improve various programs and the entire school. Undesignated gifts made to Concordia's ministry will be used to support the Annual Fund's projects.
Tuition Assistance Fund
Concordia’s Tuition Assistance Fund is designed to provide financial aid to students who have met the Admissions criteria and whose families are not financially able to afford the full cost of tuition. It has been and remains a goal of Concordia and its Board of Directors to ensure that financial need does not stand in the way of a high quality, Christian education for students who desire it.
The Tuition Assistance Fund is supported and funded through the generous donations and gifts of Alumni, Parents, Friends of Concordia, Faculty/Staff, Congregations, Businesses/Corporations and Foundations. For the 2018-19 and 2019-20 school years, over $500,000 in aid was given to families.
(Tuition Assistance is need-based and mission-driven. Awards are not merit-based. Awards are determined solely on a family’s ability to pay. Tuition Assistance results in reduced tuition – it does not reduce other fees and expenses. It is not a loan or scholarship, and it does not need to be paid back. The Tuition Assistance process is handled independently from the Admissions process. The Tuition Assistance application process uses a third party assessment partner (FAST) to objectively evaluate each family’s financial situation and ability to pay.)
Leave a Legacy (Bequest in Will)
Bequest gifts are small, often testamentary gifts to your family one final time. They also can be viewed as a final tithe on a person's estate at the time of their passing. Bequests can be made while donors are alive and well and anyone that has an executed will can make a bequest to any nonprofit organization.
If you would like more information on the wording of leaving a bequest in your will by leaving a legacy and supporting the ministry of Concordia Lutheran High School with a gift from your estate, please contact Director of Advancement, Jonathan Schleicher, via email or by calling 281-351-2547, ext. 213. Your bequest donation will be used to help grow Concordia's endowment which will allow future students to enjoy the blessing of Concordia's education.
*Please Note: Unless the donor specifically requests anonymity, CLHS shall assume that anonymity is not requested, and may publicly recognize a donor and the donor’s gift.
