Concordia Lutheran High School has been providing an excellent Christian education to high school students in Tomball and surrounding areas for over 30 years. The ministry at Concordia is impactful in shaping the lives of young men and women who are being equipped to serve God in college and the workplace during their time at CLHS.

Transcript Requests

Thank you for requesting a transcript. The Registrar's Office looks forward to providing you with this request. Requests made after Thursday, March 7, will not be processed until Monday, March 18 when staff is back on campus. Please select which type of transcript you will need:

- An OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT with the school seal must be mailed directly to a college or university. Official transcripts cannot be given to a student or parent. Official Transcripts will cost $5.00.

- An UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT is a document summarizing coursework completed in high school that does not carry an official school seal and signature. This document can be picked up at Concordia from the main school office.
