Final Registration Information

We do not have any official school supplies lists like some other schools or younger grades. Freshmen specifically will be instructed that they are now expected to organize themselves as they see fit. They may be asked for a handful of specifics once they receive the syllabus and even for extra credit, but no said list.

All students will be expected to supply their own TI-Nspire CX II calculator every day in math class for all years of math at CLHS. More details about the TI-Nspire CX II can be found HERE. 

Notes:

- Do not purchase the CAS version of the TI-Nspire CX II calculator as that model is not allowed in CLHS math classes and is no longer permitted on the SAT or ACT. 

- Teachers will not provide instruction for alternate calculator models.

- Students are expected to bring a fully charged calculator to class each day.

- Concordia will not provide loaner calculators or charging options.

Listed below is our BYOD Policy. All students in grades 9-12 will be required to supply a personal student laptop for educational use in and out of the classroom. Student laptops will be used as a required classroom supply and student owned. Please reference this document for specifics regarding device purchasing!

We are committing to our Cell Phone Free School Day policy again for the 2025-2026 school year. Listed below is our complete Cell Phone Free School Day Policy as an attachment. Please review and reference this document. Returning students will be required to bring in their Yondr pouch from 2024-2025 school year or will be issued a new one for a $50 replacement fee. New students (freshmen and transfers) will be issued a Yondr pouch at no charge during their Final Registration process.

We are resetting the expectations for student cell phone use during the day and prohibiting the use of cell phones and subsequently connected devices including smartwatches, wireless earbuds and headphones, and other electronic communication devices during the school day. From 8:00 am – 3:15 pm, students will be expected to keep their cell phones turned off and put away, at all times and in all spaces, using a program called Yondr.

Students will be able to access their CLHS-provided email accounts and parents can also contact the school office to connect with their student’s during the day. Students may also come to the front office if they need to make a phone call. Teachers will continue utilizing Google Classroom and email communications to connect with students and families and will be adapting classroom practices and procedures to align with a Cell Phone Free School Day.

Finally, in an emergency, as has always been the case, all communication will come through official school channels. Safety continues to be a top priority, and we appreciate the trust you extend to us to care for your students. 

School pictures will be taken at final registration and students must come in dress code.  Online ordering is now open at https://gmichaelphoto.accessmyevent.com/CLHSF25   Photo orders are due ON OR BEFORE Final Registration, on Wednesday, Aug. 6th.  Students not in compliance with dress code will not be allowed to have their pictures taken.  For your convenience, we have attached the Standards of Dress and Grooming.

Student drivers must register their vehicles and will receive an assigned parking space/permit for the 2025-2026 school year. Registration is completed via this link: www.tinyurl.com/CLHSParkingRegistration

Only students with a driver's license and parking on campus will be issued a parking space. Students who have already completed the process prior to Final Registration will have their parking tag placed in their locker along with their textbooks.

The MyCLHS Portal is Concordia's safe and secure intranet for our parents/guardians, students, faculty, and staff. The portal is the one-stop shop for everything for our current parents/guardians and students including: grades, attendance, discipline, school links and files (parent resources and links as well as guidance department documents), school announcements, email and messages, and tuition payment link. For the 25-26 school year, all returning students will be given access at the start of the school year.

Incoming Freshmen and Transfers will need to set up their Student Email Address first and then follow the instructions that will be emailed to all students the first week of school to set up a Blackbaud ID student account.

Families need to have their Blackbaud Tuition Management account set up and have their financial account balances paid prior to moving through the registration process.
